Discovery call
A quick conversation about your course, your goals, and which package or mix of add-ons fits best. We'll walk through a content menu together, specific holes, reel styles, and photo focus areas, so your package reflects what actually makes your course distinct.
Book & deposit
Lock in your shoot date with a deposit to secure the booking. The Season Package splits payment into thirds across its two visits instead of a single deposit and balance.
Shoot day
We arrive early to catch your course in its best light and work closely with your team throughout, more on exactly what that looks like below.
Delivery & revisions
Ready-to-post reels, photos, and stills land in a Dropbox folder set up just for your club, raw and edited versions included. You get a week to review, we turn around one consolidated round of edits, then a three-day final window to confirm everything's good to go.
Renew & grow
Add prints, course maps, collectibles, or event support any time after your first shoot. Commit to next season within a month of wrap-up and you lock in 10–15% off, no rush if you're not ready yet, we'll check back in before your next busy season.

Best light, timed right
Sunrise and the two hours after, and again at twilight for multi-session packages, that's when the course photographs best.
Coordinated with your team
We work closely with your superintendent ahead of the shoot and that morning, so we're never in the way of maintenance or member play.
What we bring
Our own camera and lighting equipment, operated around your site's rules and member play.
What we need from you
A point of contact on your grounds team, your course's brand assets, and a heads-up on any holes that need special handling.
